    Dog trainers.

Have a buddy looking for a reputable retrieving trainer. Any help would help

Just sent mine to Clark Kennington at Kennington retrievers. He came highly recommended. Depends on what the end goal is for the dog and what the pedigree is. There is another guy that trains dogs and is great but he trains meat dogs. They are specifically trained for real life hunting situations and he doesn’t focus as much on 250 yard blind retrieves. He also does an amazing job with dogs.

Great guy. First person I would take my dog to if I was looking, and I’ve used several others in the past.

Dan Kielty with Marks-A-Lot Kennels in Caddo Mills has bee great with my pup. I train with him several times a week as he likes being able to teach as much to the handlers as possible. Also Rody Best with Best Retrievers is a solid choice I could recommend.
