    local ad for hunters around Houston. 300 acres. 200 pasture. the rest woods some deer. a few hogs. year round. 6 hunters. 1750.00 per gun. first time to lease.

      Thirty acres private land that is next to my lease in east Texas $1200 a year. Someone pays it.

        You can only hunt about 5 acres at a time (rifle) and 1/2 acre bow. Suck it up buttercups!
