    Kodachrome has died...

Man did I shoot a lot of this stuff as a kid, but alas, digital has reduced demand to the point the film will no longer be available. And only one commercial place left in the world that processes it spelled out it's doom.

I saw that this morning. Kinda sad......but not sad enough to make me want to get rid of my digital camera gear.

Cut my teeth on Kodachrome... but like Shane said, after I made the move to digital I never looked back. Why would I want to, that is like saying I want to be driving a 1972 Ford truck with no air conditioning this week in the 100+ temps we are having.

I shot a bunch of slides with Kodachrome through the years. Hate to see this film format go but the art of 35mm film development is slowly fading away and so is a lot of the stuff I shot using it

It's sad. I still like shooting 35mm, even though I have a DSLR
