High fence builder around Abilene?

Dad is wanting to high fence the rest of one of our ranches near Trent, wondering if anyone has any recommendations of who to call. Also what is the average cost per foot to have one installed. Right at 8500 feet of fence to be built. Is it any cheaper to buy the materials himself and just pay labor for the install? He has all the pipe and t posts already
