Anybody done this and have pics or ideas? I have access to several 50 gallon plastic barrels but no ideas for attaching legs to make a protein feeder.

Mount legs close to the top so the weight of the barrel is on the legs.
You can put a plate inside so bolts don't rip out. I have seen some with rings made around the top also.
Or build a legged platform and the barrel sits in it. Be sure to have opening in the bottom of the platform so water doesn't catch in there.
Also seen people use 4x4 posts with an angle cut on the post then b
Outed to the barrel.
