    camera camo

Did a bunch of upclose filming this past weekend. My camera is in need of a camo job in a mjor way. So far I have used a leg off an old pair of camo pants to tie around the cam and keep te body and side plate covered. While this works, its a job to start the cam and move it around without the extra fabric falling into the lense. So,....i found some "no residue" tape at academy and figure with a rzorblade i can cut to fit the parts that are silver. Anyone do this? after a season worth of use does the tape come off clean?
Any other methods? Camera is a GL1
