One of our guys killed one yesterday and under on of our feeders. He sent the pic from his phone. I have seen a lot of gam cam pics of rattlers under the feeders recently. With all the rain I guess the mice are plentiful.

was double checking my blind out last weekend, trimming limbs, clearing shooting lanes, securing stand. After an hour my buddy shows up and tells me to watch out for the rattler not 5' from my boot. I quickly glance around, and find another one coiled up right next to the brush i had been setting aside to drag up into the tree.... not cool.
only a couple feet from my stand base, no idea they were there. Sure adds a little suspense for opening morning!!!Comment
