I've decided I need a disc cooker. But I can't decide what size. When I'll use it, I'll likely be cooking for a group, so I figure a 22" instead of an 18". But would going up to a 24" be a better idea? More area away from the heat to pile cooked food? More cooking space? The 24s seem to be a bit more money. Also, would you get one with a 1" ring around the edge? I'm thinking yes.
