No more sleeping in a tent

Well I stumbled across a deal that I don't think any of you guys would have passed up either. $1500 and a clean title later I no longer have to sleep in a tent at the lease. 98 model 30' with a slide out.

cool i usually sleep in a tent too, most the time it aint too bad unless its one of those rainy or snow weekends. Very nice upgrade, Enjoy!

nice.. i just bought one too,
after looking at prolly 15 of them every one had water damage and mold/mildew rot that seemed to rot the floor I gave in and bought a newer used model. My cousin does mold remediation and told me he has seen alot in campers too

Yeah it has one minor spot that had some water damage, but it will be a simple fix. I plan on building a shed to keep it under. It does have brand new roof but I'd feel safer keeping it out of the weather as best possible.

That is a dang good deal

Stop by walmart on the way to the lease and buy some wasp spray, rodent traps, rodent bait, bug bombs, and ant treatment. Pick up some damp-rid as well and a can of gap filler while you are at it.

Much, much, much better than a tent... however, much more upkeep to keep out critters, and keep the mold at bay.

Now the real costs come into play.
