Let's just say, u got a climber, bow, 4 days to hunt and your scouting will be when u show up. Which public land in Texas do u hunt?

I hunt the Sam Houston and I would go hunt Amistad. That's if you can shoot 40+ yards. I believe you can bait there? Correct me if I'm wrong.

Old Sabine Bottom isn't to far from you. Lots of pressure in the easily accessible areas but decent hunting if you don't mind putting in some miles to get away from everyone else.
