      It's good.

We often stop at the Bearded Lady for a few beers and have bacon wrapped/brisket stuffed japs with pineapple chutney, then walk down to Heims for burnt ends and finish it off walking back toward the Lady for another beer or two, stopping at Melt on the way by...

best brisket I've ever had, no sauce needed and it is so tender. The jap/cheese sausage is good to. Sides are good. Dont get there after 5:30 or be prepared to stand in line.

Early lunch arrival is the best time to go. 11:30 - good stuff for sure. The three meat plate was killer.

I need to go back. The one time I have been it was ok but nothing special. It was in the evening so I need to go back for lunch and try the bacon burnt ends.

Some of the best BBQ I've had. Way better than fankelins in Austin. Get the wild cat and some bacon burnt ends.

Heim is awesome. Not your traditional BBQ for the most part but awesome none the less.

Brisket, ribs, and sausage are definitely above average, but the bacon burnt ends are incredible. Truly one of the top 10 things I have ever eaten in my entire life.

Is this the new location? They took over another bbq place, it was horrible. Hope they are better.
