Does it have a loop to wear it on a belt? Or does it just slide into your pack?

I made this little "license wallet" one year ago and then stuffed it in the side pocket of my hunting pack. It remained there - untouched - for 12 months. Hopefully I will need to get it out and remove some tags this year!
