Default 347 yard coyote kill

I know many of you are long range shooters and a kill at this distance is pretty common. But... for me and my 270 with a 3-9 red field, it was quite a shot! Song dog was just laying down in the coastal watching me. He was covered up with the mange!

I'm not sure. I saw 3 the other day with full coats. This one was nasty!

I dropped 2 coyotes at 400+yds. They were at a dump site for carcasses.....I knew the range. At that range the first one dropped.....the second one just stood there and caught the second bullet.

That's a great shot. Tells us a little bit about the shot such as what position you were you in etc.

Well. I pulled up in the truck, rolled the window down, killed the truck and aimed about a foot over his back. Hit him in the back end. Drove up and shot him in the neck at 100 yards or so.
