Default Garden Hose to Water Tote

Has anyone attached a water hose to their water tote at camp? Hoping someone has already done their homework and can save me the time and frustration of digging through the plumbing aisle at Lowe's for an hour.

PM DaveC....he hooked up a soaker hose to one to water some trees or something over a long period of time. He sent me a pic but I don't think I have it anymore.

I'm not sure on all the names/sizes of the couplings and fittings and such... But here is what we use in the hill country on a timed drop system for our orchard.

There are a couple of different fitting options depending on the valve on the tote.

Do you have a pic of yours?

Feel your pain. Spent plenty of time, parts, money trying to figure it out. Got it done.

Above is great info from the others.
