Stud Mule Deer in backyard

My brothers backyard in Colorado Spring is on a mountainside and backs to a nature preserve area of the neighborhood. He always gets some good mule deer this time of year but this one is the best yet.

No it’s in a neighborhood in the edge of the mountains. My guess is parks and wildlife in Colorado tagged it for some reason
