Rage Titanium front blade replacement.

I am trying to replace the blades on a set of Rage Titaniums. I bought the replacement blades and the front fixed blade is a little different than the ones that came off. It bottoms out on the body of the broadhead a fraction of a millimeter before the holes line up preventing me from pitting the screw through all he way. I know I could just file a little off the back of the replacement blade but I wouldn't think this would be necessary.

Has anyone replaced blades on a Titanium and did you run into this problem?

Are you using true Rage heads? There are a lot of Chinese clones out on the market. I buy the clones IMO they are just like the real ones only difference is the Allen head that holds blades in is a roll pin on Chinese model. You can get 12 rage 2 blade broadheads for $22.99 with free shipping. Just ordered me 12 more. Never changed out blades I just shoot and throw em away at that price.
