Here are a few I've finished during the Christmas rush. Bowie is 11.5 OAL, 1080 and Sambar with 416 fittings. Smaller hunters are CPM154CM in mesquite (machine finish) and afzelia (hand finish). I'm tired... think I'll take a break till after Christmas

Those are beautiful! What do you mean by "machine finish"?

I polished that one out on the grinder, Sam. Finished it out with a 400 grit AO belt. Hard to see in the picture, but the scratches run vertical like on a factory knife. Hand finish scratches run horizontal.
