    HEB had loins on sale and I was bored

    First cut and butterflied a 10" to 12" loin

        Got dang that looks good! How did you like the crab meat in it though? I stuffed a venison backstrap with crab meat once and it didn't seem to go well... Also, what temps and roughly how long did you smoke it? I might be doing something similar this weekend.

          It was really good, I took a gamble, but me and my boys wiped it out! Of course they are teenagers and one is a Marine so you could but bbq sauce on a shoe and they would eat it!!!

          About 350 degrees and about an hour. I use a meat thermometer and pulled it at 170 internal temp
