    Bird and Trout Knife

    I really like this knife, it's 8 1/4 OAL, the cutting edge is 4 1/4. Beautiful Damascus Steel .210 thick, Deseret Ironwood handle.

          Sam I use my knives for steak, hamburger, and bar-b-que knives. Seriously I use the knife that's closest to me.

            To me that is the perfect do all knife. I dig the blade profile and would not be afraid to tackle big game with that knife!
