Default College Football 2017 Week 11

Week 11 is here. A&M has decided to abandon football altogether to focus on equestrian and women's soccer, who won the SEC Championship over the weekend.

Baker Mayfield emerging as Heisman favorite followed closely by Texas' kicker and A&M's 12th man.

Please discuss.

Do they have a rowing crew? A couple of years back that was the only sport at BAMA other than football which made a profit

This week is all you can ask for if you are a TCU fan. This game likely determines Kenny Hill's relevancy in the grand scheme of things. Not sure if he will be able to handle the 'big stage' or not. Sounds like OU may be a little banged up on the defensive side of things?

I'm expecting LSU corn-dogs curb-stomping the Hogs. Can I get a second on 50-0?

If OU had any kind of defense I would agree. I think Hill is going to be ok.

Yes sir. I hope its a good game. They have been close games the last few years. Hoping GP gives another young man an education but not holding my breath. I do think GP gives Cumbie to open it up a little bit this week. No reason to hold back at this point...Game plan will be about the same with a few more shots taken

Per S&P+ ratings, your incredible Texas offense will face the 110th, 94th, and 101st ranked defenses in the country, breathe easy! #HookEm

While this is normally true, I think the tigers will take care of business this week. Normally we have a Bama hangover. I felt like they played well against Bama this last weekend and have nothing to be ashamed of. I think the tigers win out. 9-3. Just my rose colored glad opinion .

GP is not going anywhere. With his total package heís probably the highest paid coach in CFB behind Saban.

Texas has a 3 game season and they need to finish 3-0. The good news is they do have a chance to do that. They just canít play from behind with Tech and WVU.

correct.

I don't think Texas will have trouble with Tech. WVU will be a tougher test!

The equipment managers getting the grass stains out of our QB uniforms would be considered a successful season at this point.

On a positive note. Young and Carter are going to have fun over the next 3 games. These two kids can run the rock. Young, in his limited carries (12), netted over 30 yards rushing versus TCU who is stout versus the run. He had some success. The Texas OL is in complete disarray, but they'll look 10 times better over the next three games simply based on who they're playing. WV is similar to ISU or KSU for that matter, that is definitely the toughest game that remains.

Maybe the D will pitch a shutout this week.

Watching some of the Oline clips from TCU game on Twitter, it's a wonder Texas netted 9 yards. Good grief this group does some boneheaded ****.. They would make better matadors than OLineman.

7 sacks for -26 and Heard dropped for -2 in the wildcat. puke

Hell, they're **** near the worst unit in college football. They've given up 28 sacks for -197 yards and there are still three games on the **** schedule.

11:00 AM kickoff! You should be able to catch the game on TV (if there is one at the lease) or in town. Normally I watch the Arkansas game on my phone but it will be nice to watch this year at the house between hunts!
