    ND Filters/Sunset shots

If the neutral density filter reduces light and allows/requires a longer exposure does it affect non-moving objects? In the sunset pics posted on here by Casey for example, would the sky colors be less vivid with a UV filter and a faster shutter speed? I understand the water would look different, but would the saturation be affected? I love sunset pics and want to be well prepared when I have the opportunity to take some.

Right. ND filters and slower shutter speeds lead to more saturated colors.
