    Mexican Casserole

I tried this one out at the deer lease and the response was great.

2lbs ground meat (venison or beef)
    1 large onion, chopped
1 family sized bag Nacho Cheese Doritos, crushed
1 large can of Ranch Style Beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can Rotel diced tomatoes w/chili peppers
    1 pkg sliced american cheese
    1/2 tsp cumin
    Garlic to taste

Brown ground meat with onion, salt and pepper, cumin, and garlic. I prefer minced garlic but garlic powder will work fine. Drain meat. crush the bag of Doritos and spread a thin layer on the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish.

Add remaining Doritos to the meat, along with all the remaining ingredients except the cheese slices. Heat the mixture thoroughly and pour mixture over the crushed Doritos. Smooth mixture evenly and top with cheese slices. Bake at 375 degrees until cheese melts and begins to brown. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
