This looks like a very big scrape to me but itís not under a tree. Maybe axis? Or do you guys think hog or armadillo possibly Name:  8F72FB07-BCE7-4D55-936C-326B8A68ABF0.jpg

I’ve never seen one without a licking branch/limb/tree but that sure doesn’t mean anything. Lol

Top pics looks to have the typical paw marks "lines drawn" in it. Very well

Looks too pretty to be hog sign and I've never seen a buck scrape without being under a licking branch. I'd vote varmint of some sort.

Looks like someone made it with the stick laying there. Smell it and you'll be able to tell right away. I watched a big 11 a few weeks ago make a scrape not this big in an open area staring down a mature 9.

Have any aoudads? They tend to make wallows kinda like that, an rub there horns in the dirt

I've seen whitetail make scrapes without branches. I have pics of this guy along with 3 other bucks at one. You can't see the scrape in the picture it's about 4 ft in front of him with no limb.

True but looks like dirt, not mud. Don't look as though it's ever been "wet".
