What Camera to Get????

I know that this question has been asked a million times. What are the key things that I need to look for when deciding on what camera to buy. I am wondering what you think is the all around camera for around 400-800 dollars. I am not just yet ready to dump a lot of money just yet. I need to find myself a lease first LOL!!!!. Well what you need to look at for your money is....the biggest ccd and best low light that you can get for your money....

Get 12 optical used on e-bay GL2 or XL1 Cannon

You can't get a new one for that money that's worth a ****. 3cccd with 12 optical. at least 20 optical is better.
