Just curious, what are the two rings for? Strap hooks to keep it from rattling around?

I built one and added 2, 16 inch pieces of tubing in a V shape coming out the back at angles to make a Y for it to stand up on when you have it off.
Just a thought before you paint it up.

Here's mine. I have a smaller hitch on my mule so I made it where it fits snug and hangs from the tailgate.
