I shot one and I really like it. Much easier to draw than my Z7 Extreme and it was set at a higher weight.

Hoyt Carbon Spyder Turbo...I'm in love.

Final chrono numbers: 298 at 74#. I don't have a draw board or anything, but assuming my DL is a full 29" and the weight of the loop serving and peep are 20 grains that's a 5-8 fps difference from ATA to real world numbers. May be a big deal to some people, but it's not to me. As long as it kills stuff deader than dead, I'm happy.

If you're in the first slot (I think it's the "A" slot) on the #3 cam, which you would have to be at 29" IIRC, you're losing a little speed because of the spot on the cam. That's how I've seen it explained. If your DL was 28", you could be in the "E" slot on the #2 cam, which is the fastest/most efficient spot for the Z5 cam or the #3 cam in the first slot but that's the only DL that can go either or on cams.

The #3 is smoother and you're plenty fast. Congrats on the new bow.

I love it! But Black Death may be a little bit easier to say when people ask you what you call your bow hahaha!

I named her Monique. It's an inside joke.

Sweet set up, I shoot the carbon spyder 30 and am thinking of adding a nitrum 34 turbo.

Got a set of strings from Korbins Archery, max-1 limbs and a max-1 quiver. She looks awesome!
