I have always wanted a jeep to have as a toy to play with it and drive around town. bought this Jeep Scrambler about 2 years ago.
This jeep spent the first 27 years of its life on a community college campus in Dallas as the utility/maintenance dept. cart. It had under 100k miles when I bought it. First things I did was clean it up and take he top and doors off
Then I spent a little time buffing out some surface rust spots and priming them. After that I drove it around town and just left it as was. About 6 months ago I had it tuned up and then painted. I went with a matte paint job. I also bought new seat for the front and bought a seat to put in the back. About a month ago I started grinding out the existing spray in bedliner(terrible task!!!). After that I sent it in to have new bedliner put in. I bought new rims/tires, added a 2.5" lift along with replacement front/rear bumpers.
This is how it sits today.
