Settle a bet (AGE)

My brother and I have a bet on the age of this deer. Not the best pictures but I have not seen this dude before. My brother thinks this deer is one we have seen in the past and ages him according to that. Unless this deer has been eating like a fool there is no way it is the same deer he thinks it is. Not putting ages we think as to not skew the guesses. I will go with the average guess on the age to settle it.

I don't see any way to get an accurate guess with these pics - they just don't show all of the spots that I look for when aging a buck -

As accurate as I can get with these pics is that he is NOT a yearling or 2yr old
