A Blast

It was a great time. We had a pretty good turn-out. It was our first shoot ever! Even with the wind between 25-30mph, we still had some great scores. Our youth was the best! They shot all day then did the 150 shoot as well

We would have loved to have had you and the family there! It was a blast, I didn't shoot though...too windy when you aren't aiming at a deer. Hope you are staying safe over there.

3D Shoot

Next shoot will be June 6th at Camp Arrowhead on FT Hood. It will be a 30 target 3D Shoot with Open, Hunter, Traditional, Women, and Youth classes. Trophies will be awarded for the top three places in each event. More to follow

How do I get more information about the Hood Bowhunters?

You can visit our webpage at www.freewebs.com/hoodbowhunters or you can join us at our meeting this coming Tuesday night at 7pm and get a feel for what it is all about.

We meet every 2nd Tuesday of the month. Our meetings start at 7pm but, weather permitting, we always are there at 5 pm shooting before the meeting. As stated above, we do have a shoot coming up on June 6th at Camp Arrowhead and those details will be mostly finalized before the members this coming meeting. If you or anyone has any ideas to bring to the table, we are always open to any and all ideas and looking for ways to improve!
