These po'boys made us very happy. The sauted Cajun veggies with the remoulade sauce and the toasted buns made this supper complete. Throw in some Zapp's Crawtators for a "side" and life is good.

I used to feel the same way, but I've learned I do love me some bass and catfish. It helps, too, when the kids do some of the catching. But you can't go wrong with shrimp, either!
