Default Imposter creole

This does not qualify as legit, but dadgonnit its good!

Zatarinís Shrimp Creole box
Add trinity
Add a tiny bit of Worcestershire to taste (tiny!)
Shrimp
Whatever fresh fish you just caught
Rice, but grits would probably be fantastic too

Itís illegal but itís so good you might not care

Haha, I just made some imposter box Tony Chachere gumbo. Added shrimp, sausage, more rice, and more Tonyís seasoning. The rice soaked up most of the juice. I like it thick like this anyway.
Quick, easy, and good. Made it in the pressure cooker. 25 mins, and I was eating
