    2015 Hunting Arrows

Took some time tonight, and built me up some new hunting arrows.

In case you're wondering what the feather fletched ones are - they are my thumper dumpers.

What kind of weight are you shooting up front?! I see metal an inch out of the foam of your quiver! And are those those snake skin colored wraps? I'm buying some US Flag looking ones. The great USA, best state in all of Texas. Haha

I shot those 6 fletch at lunch time today.
They don't work to good as flu flu.
Shot just as fast as my standard fletch.
They did fly real nice though.

Did some chrony testing this evening.

The 3 X 4" vane fletched arrows are averaging 198 fps.

I believe they'll do nicely for hunting.

The 6 X 4" feather fletched are shooting 192 fps.
Slower, but I can't tell it in the shooting.

Rick, I fletched some up like that several years ago thinkin' they would work for flu-flus as well,....shot at a pigeon comin' out of a barn, liketa spine shot one of my in-laws donkeys bout a hunderd yards out... became regular huntin arras after that
