Hunting between Fred and Spurger

Have an opportunity to get on a lease between these two towns. Going to have quite a bit of land just for myself that is not accessed by the others on the lease.

What can yall tell me about the area.

Its just like any other area in East Texas. Hunting will be hard and most of the mature deer will be nocturnal, but there are some good ones.

Pretty good area. I used to hunt south of magnolia springs..some nice deer. Forget the feeder hand corn only and feeder for hogs in the off season. Locals can be a pain in the but stealing and poachin if you are not around. Pm me I can send you some pics.
