    Just bought a moultrie hog light from academy and was wondering if anyone else has used one and what their thoughts were about them, thanks

        I've had decent luck with mine. Wish it was red instead of green. Takes a few days for them to get used to it.

          For the price they decent, that's it just decent. We use them to let us know when pigs come in after hours. Like a visual doorbell!

            If you use the motion function with a half empty bucket feeder during steady wind, it'll drain batteries fast.

              I have one and it works fine for the last couple years. I'd strongly recommend getting a solar charger and using rechargeable batteries though. They can drain batteries quickly if the hogs are hanging out for a bit or you use the on at dusk sensor.
