this is what I figured was the case, I gave my ex the house, and it's equity, to keep her out of my retirement. She sold, in Frisco, and had a very nice payday.

Protest... Just trying to charge you more taxes. I had the county increase my business by $160,000 in 2010... About a 5 minute meeting later they were put back where they were. Hire a real appraiser if you want to find out what it's worth. G-Luck
