Wild quail hunt yesterday

My buddy and I shot these wild quail over my dogs yesterday. Nothing like watching good dog work.


Could have got plenty more if our shooting had been better.lol

Looks like decent vegetation. How are the populations out there?

We have a ton of Blues and Bobs. We went out a little in between our last deer hunts with the kids but it was really too late in the day to do much good with the weather as it was. My GSP is way out of practice. Hoping to get some more field time in before end of Feb.
