grainy video

hi.

i have a sony digital handycam (trv-350).

i recently shot some video of a mule deer buck in colorado that i passed up.

when i converted the video to mpeg format, it came out grainy.

i'm new at all this, so any advice you can provide will be much appreciated.

May want to check your video card. Low quality video card=poor video. Other than that, what kind of software are you using? It may be a setting that you are rendering your video in.
