I have an Obamacare question that’s complex

I’m doing retirement planning and have what I think is a complex question regarding the premium tax credit subsidy. Searching government web sites has not answered it. I’d prefer not to spell it out on a public forum.

Is anybody in either health insurance or a CPA familiar with retirement benefits I can call? Thanks in advance.
