No. I was on a pit crew for Elkins Racing. We raced sprint cars, modifieds, midgets and stock cars.

Floorboards look great!

It seems to take forever to cut out all the old spot welds.

PB Blaster is your friend on those.

I have an impact tool that I can put a # 3 and a #4 phillips in. It has come in handy for that screw a time or two.
Mine is kinda like this one, but is an old Blue Point set that my grandpa gave to me.

Floorboard rot is caused more often than not by a leaking gasket at the bottom of the windshield frame, at the hinge.

BCBroncos is who I like to use. They are in Ingram. Jason, Chuck, and the crew are good folks.

It was easy. Those CJ's are pretty simple. Just replace bearings and seals. He used Painless Wiring harness.

I drug it out of the Mule Barn yesterday....after I took a nap....and pressure warshed it.

Gonna start grinding and sanding the front end, so I can get some primer on it.

Then I will go back and work on the floor boards again.

Lets talk paint....

I'm thinkin of priming the steel with Rustoleum self etching primer in a rattle can. Then wet sand and paint it with Rustoleom Satin Black #7777 with a spray gun.

This aint no show truck. Itsa tool.

Thoughts?
