Yes, its not a bow harvest, but I still had to share it because its my daughters first deer. We had the bow ready but just couldn't get it done.

Thanks. This is our second season on the place, previous hunters cleaned everything out so we had to let them grow and repopulate. You ought to see some of the axis bucks!

Oh, we're not ashamed or anything, just trying to keep with the sites theme. I don't hunt with a rifle much but that's what we could get it done with so she did!

I didn't watch the video the first time but man that's a dream lease right there. Target rich environment for sure with plenty of variety.

Thanks! It was pretty much cleaned out two years ago by the last hunters, we are still trying to rebuild the herd.

.243 with 100gr. soft point bullet, approx. 50 yard shot. made a mighty big hole and a blood trail anyone could follow.
