Is there a particular OAK or PECAN you need? I'm out but could run to Academy for a couple bags of chunks.

Respectfully

I'm not sure if there is any left on my pit, picking it up tonight.

Either wood is good in my boat.

170lbs of ribs in a cooler is not easy to load in the bed of a truck by ones self.

My back hurts.

I need a drink.

I rarely get ribs working deep in the trenches with Team Chicken Wing (or maybe its Im just full when they get done LOL....But big thanks to Billy for bringing me a couple this year. They were absolutely incredible. Tender yet stayed on the bone while eating. Well done folks!
