I forgot about these from a week ago. My daughter shot a bunch of bullfrogs with her little .22 so I decided to try with my bow. It was pretty fun. I think I shot 5 total. Then I shot this little rattlesnake walking back to the truck after hog hunting. I should’ve taken a pic from a better angle but he was about 2 1/2 ft long.

I haven't been on this site in quite a while, but it sure is good to read about all these trad harvests. Earlier this year, I had my first trad harvest in several years. I shot an 82 lb. sow with my Sarrels Sierra (the first longbow I ever owned and one of the first few Bob ever built). I used to hunt with it a lot, but it's just about too much for me these days. Glad to be back to it though....when I can.
