    Scimitar horned oryx meat?

How does it compare to axis or Nilgai as far as eating goes?

I'm about to find out it looks like.

    Nice Brett!
The little bit that I have had was very good.

I can’t answer your question because I’ve never had it but that’s a Heck of a oryx! Congrats. Bucket list animal for sure.

        It’s on par.

The 3 you listed are all at the top in my book

Only had the chance to take one, but it was great. I rate it right up there with regular gemsbok meat. It was definitely better than the two nilgai bulls I had meat from. The processor I used in Brady took extra care with mine, and rinsed it well and processed it after one week of aging. It was wonderful.

It's all a matter of preference of course but my and my family's tastebuds put it slightly above the ones listed. It is our favorite

It’s as good as Axis in my opinion.

                  Great Scimitar.. Congratulations

I like it better than deer and elk and we rank it right up with Axis. You will enjoy it

Nice Oryx! I got to taste some from a friends last season and it was pretty good. Pretty close up there with Axis.

It's terrible... Let me know where to pick up and I'll dispose of it for you. LOL It's definitely on par with Axis and Nalgai.

Congrats! It's the best wild game I've ever tasted.

How do you score or measure them? I've seen different methods online. I'm excited to hear it is a good one.
