Well, opening weekend of general season is upon us! Hard to believe one month is down in this season so far. This weekend is always family weekend for us. Just the six of us for the weekend.

We are primed up to look to take down a few bucks! My sister will be hunting with her crossbow, dad will be hunting with bow and rifle, my bro will be hunting with bow. And me... I havent decided but I'm pretty sure I'm going sniper style, ghillie suit in the brush with my FAL 308. If the deer step out that we're looking for they are going down! We'll see how it goes. My brother, Jolie, and myself shove off at 12:30. Dad and sister will be there around the same time and Callie will join us later tonight!

Live hunts start tonight.

Food P will flow. Good times will as well.

I'm looking for a big 9 that went mid 150 last year. There are also 3 8's that we are trying to find and my sister is going after an 8 with 1" brows to take with her crossbow.

Supper tonight is Parmesan crusted salmon with with a roasted zucchini julienne served with sauteed spinach and Italian canelloni beans.

Sounds complicated? Not at all, easy to make and can easily be made for about 6 bucks per person. I'll show you how tonight.
