Deer Lease Spots on a High fenced Ranch in Brenham

This thread is just to see if there are any interest out there. I have a lease in Brenham TX that I am taking over, The ranch is 1000 High fenced acres with Big Deer, several over 220 BC, 16 tanks with big fish and a really nice lodge. I was going to sell 3 deer hunts but I am debating if I want to do that or lease 3 spots. The deer heard is only about 8 years old brought in from South Texas and some northern deer genetics. Spots will be around $10,000 to $11,000, Price is on the high side because of what I had to pay and the quality of the deer, the lodge and closeness to Houston. Sure, Why not. lol. Fishing is actually really good, I caught a 9 pounder a couple weeks ago.

Yah, I got the ranch to just have a place to get away from Houston and be there in a little over a hour drive. I go up to hang out, play and fish and the big deer are just a plus. I bring my boat up and go to Lake Somerville for the day and come back to lease to sleep and eat.

You get nice amenities like lodge, good fishing and big deer. I don't have all rules in place yet on what to shoot because this is kinda a last minute thing for me and I am testing the waters and seeing if there are any interest out there. 1 trophy, 1 management, culls, and does and hogs on out side of high fence.
