Grapevine, or Benbrook lakes for deer?

Found out ray bob has an archery only feral hog season but no deer season for some reason. Anyone know who the controlling authority is at ray hubbard, is there any hunting there? Tawakoni and the two grasslands seem to be the shaping up as my best options next year(since you don't have to get drawn like other places) if I don't find a cheap deer lease soon.
