Help !! Trolling Motor clamp screws frozen

I have a clamp on Great White 24 volt trolling
motor that has been on my boat for a year. The two screws that hold it on are frozen. I have used WD 40 and break free lubricants to help break them loose with zero success. Threads are not rusty one bit. Any other ideas to try would be greatly appreciated.

Try lifting the foot. It might just be in a bind. and unscrew.

I was able to work the whole trolling motor back and forth and got it off the mounting bracket. So it is not in any kind of bind. the two screws are just seized tight

The bracket seems to be cast aluminum. Did not know if it would stand putting any heat to it.

Put some PB blaster on it and let is soak. Reapply a couple times if necessary
                  then try to loosen

I don't think a little heat would hurt it. I would try this.

I have definitely been considering trying a little heat,

Wanted to get all the feedback I could, first

Be careful with that cast. If you heat it use a propane torch so it doesn't get too hot.

Personally I would put PB blaster then heat the bolt with a propane torch. I wouldn't put heat on the bracket. As it cools apply PB blaster, and let it cool

                              Then try to loosen.

I gave up on WD-40 it doesn't seem to break stuff loose very well
