    Krivoman Timed Protein Feeder Review

About a month ago I bought the 1,200 lb timed protein feeder from Mitch.

I had been looking for a timed protein feeder that could be filled from the back of my truck without a ladder. After a lot of research and and seeing the Hammer Feeding system in use at the TTHA expo I pulled the trigger.... I love it!!!

It is very easy to fill, operate, and is well built. I was worried about the lid being so big, but the way it is designed it is extremely easy to open and close. The timer is easy to operate and the deer and elk love it.. As you can see, they love it so much the doe are fighting for it

I've had one for 4 or 5 years now and love it. It has trained the Aoudad to come in during daylight.

Never had an issue with mine

That’s an awesome buck in your first pic! I’ve been running a Krivoman and Hammer feeders for about 2 years now and love them. I built some 3000# hoppers so I could take bulk delivery.

the hurricane blew my lid off, but otherwise

What are you setting the timer on feed times?

Right now I have it open for 1 hour at sunrise and 1 hour in the evening. I will see how this works and adjust as needed.

I would like to hear what others have it set on.

During the late winter spring and summer mine is set for 2.5hrs in the morning and 2.5 hrs in the evening. In September set it at 1hr for morning and evening as it seems bucks have really back off the protein this time of year. I have the 1,500lber and it only last 2 to 3 weeks in the late winter spring and summer. During the fall it last close to 2 months.
