      Bellville Meat Market

      Try their Sweet Chipotle it won 6th place out of 500 teams in the KC cookoff last year. I use it in the cookoffs I do and have never lost with it.

        HERE Jalapeno Cheese...

        Been getting my deer sausage made here for over 10 years.... And in that time I have seen a many folks tell me how good theirs was, so I would give them a link of mine... Needless to say i have had to give out the directions to Slovacek's a LOT...

                I don't have all the "proper" utensils to di it myself so I take my venison / elk to Slovacek's in Snook. I really like their spicy sausage (50/50 mix). They have really good jalapeno / cheese summer sausage (in my opinion).

                I'm sure there's better out there but this place hasn't done me wrong.

                      I really like Kerrville's Daddy Jim's. Makes excellent Jal. & cheese sausage. He makes a killer boudin stuffed meats and some of the best summer sausage that is packaged the size of a bull-rider's forearm.

                              CAJUNS, and Germans are the best sausage makers that ever lived...

                              FIND ONE...

                              We had over 500 lbs. of sausage made & smoked for the family last year;
                              all from scrap meat; by a man in SW LOUISIANA.

                              A 60/40 mix works VERY well. (pork/deer)

                              Thats a lot of rice and gravy ....
