Birds are so scarce in young and jack counties that I've seen, I forgot it was almost dove season.

Hondo or Dilley reports?

I've had tons of dove all summer long in Dilley

None on milo fields around me, theres a type 2 dove field off 922, Dorchester, and zero birds on power lines

In DeWitt county between Yorktown and Cuero. Been putting out feed for 3 weeks and have a 3 acre pond with plenty of water. have seen very few birds....

Was driving on the service road off of 130 today in Pflugerville and actually saw a few on some pole wires.

They are starting to really stack up the last few days around the sunflower fields here in Forney. A couple of huge eurasian collared dove visited the wife’s bird feeder last night but high tailed it out of sight before I could get pics.

Quite a few flying around the Prosper area they are in the corn, milo, and sunflowers. They are scattered though.
